There are 2 technical changes you need to be aware of this year. If you are unable to access the Internet you may need to disable your proxy settings. Also, NEISD has a new content filter system called LightSpeed. See images below for details.

1. Click on Start > Settings > ControlPanel
and double-click on Internet Options.
2. Click on “Tools > Internet Options”. 3. Then click on the “Connections” tab. 4. Click on the “LAN Settings…” button. 5. Uncheck bottom box 6. Click OK and OK. 7. Launch Internet Explorer or your preferred browser to access the Internet. |

Staff will be able to override see this screen, click on “Not You?” located in the upper left hand corner of the screen and log in with your Novell credentials. |
