- Login to GroupWise Messenger
- Click on Actions
- Add Folder for your Campus
- Click on Actions
- Add Contact
- Click Advanced
- On the Department drop box choose Contains and type your campus name
- Click on the first name and hold down shift and click on the last name. Be sure all names are highlighted
- If you are only adding a few new people, type their name in first and last
- Click Add
